Yes—JustColor is completely ad-free. It contains no advertising SDKs, does not track children and never asks them to watch an ad to unlock a colour or picture.
What “no ads” means here
Some children's apps remove banner ads but still use rewarded videos, promotional pop-ups or links to other games. JustColor has none of those. There is no ad-supported tier and no paid upgrade whose job is to switch advertising off.
The app also has no account, analytics or social features. It does not need to build a profile, measure engagement or send a child elsewhere.
- No banner, video, interstitial or rewarded advertising
- No advertising or analytics SDKs
- No links to social media or other apps
- No coins, daily rewards, streaks or engagement prompts
Made so a parent does not have to hover
A young child should be able to pick a picture, choose a colour and keep going without accidentally opening a shop, a browser or a grown-ups screen. Every control in JustColor is a picture, there are no settings to change, and there is nowhere unrelated to wander into.
That simplicity is deliberate. JustColor was made by a dad who wanted a colouring app he could hand to his children without supervising every tap.
How the app is paid for
JustColor is a one-time purchase on Google Play. There is no subscription and nothing else to buy inside the app. The purchase includes every colouring tool and every page in the app.
That straightforward price is what allows the app to stay free of advertising. It also means the incentives are simple: make a useful colouring app, sell it once, and keep making the library better.
What children can colour with
Children can tap an area to fill it, draw with chunky crayons or use a mode that keeps drawing inside the lines. The colour box includes 30 crayons, soft pastels, patterns and glitter, with more than 40 colouring pages made for ages 2–8.
Progress is saved automatically on the device, and a favourite picture can be started again without deleting the first version.
